The Loan Verification Documents Are Submitted

Was able to make, and upload, all the loan verification documents to the lender today. He will use them to verify what I entered originally in their online application.

We should have verification out of the way this week. Then we’ll wait a couple weeks for the settlement docs to be prepared and sent to the park’s manager. Settlement should be less than a month away.

turning my attention now to plans for the wheelchair ramp materials and proposal for the park’s approval.
